The Leadership Board is responsible for assisting the Chairman in managing key issues related to the department’s policy and strategy. This includes discussing future large financial investments, departmental organization, and the research vision that guides key decisions.
The Leadership Board employs a delegation-based approach to support essential operational areas, with each member accountable for implementing a defined development plan and reporting directly to the Board and the Chairman.
