The Human Resources Unit manages employment contracts and offers guidance on:
- Navigating bureaucratic requirements for entering and living in Italy (including visas, residence permits, settling in Milan, and family support).
- Providing administrative assistance for recruitment and selection processes.
- Initiating contracts, fellowships, and appointments.
- Supporting the annual performance review process.
- Advising the scientific leadership on the development and revision of career advancement policies.
